The first time these innovative, female-powered, micro production natural wines have made their way to the Netherlands. You can taste Emilie's passion for fermentation as she defies the very idea winemaking (she spent years brewing for the legendary Belgian brewery 3 Fonteinen).

Nowadays, she's produces minimal intervention wine & cider out of a family shed. Experimental blends, long ferments, 18-day Pinot Gris macerations, barrel-aged ciders, and that kind of stuff. She even hand-welded her very own grape press.

By the way, "Drap" means "Lees" in Dutch/ Flemish (leftover yeast particles, generally used to add texture & flavor.
