A gentle pet-nat made with 90% Pinot Blanc and 10% Muscaris, a blend of German and Belgian grapes from the warm harvest season of 2022. The grapes were pressed directly and aged in stainless steel with the fine lees.

We love the mineral, salty freshness of this white wine that bursts with white peach and lychee.
