LOCAL DELIVERY IN AMS
We offer Local Delivery with Peddler in Amsterdam for a flat rate of €7. Delivery is free from €5.
All deliveries can be scheduled WED - SUN in the following time slots:
Same-day delivery is possible if ordered before 12:00.
We'll be in touch via Whatsapp/ Email to confirm your time and date.

We charge an €7 flat rate for all wine boxes shipped within the Netherlands. This price includes packaging and VAT.
Shipping is FREE for orders over €100.
Unfortunately, we don't currently ship outside of The Netherlands!
However, we are willing to work with you for special requests.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our wines are of excellent quality, but those who are not satisfied may return unopened and undamaged bottles up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us for details about how to process a return.
Any refunds will be processed without shipping costs.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.
We work hard to track all the packages we send and make sure they get to know.
Contact us if a bizarre amount of time has passed without you receiving yours!
If your wine arrives damaged, take photos of the bottles and box and let us know as soon as possible.
We will reimburse you or send new wines. If the wine of your choice is not available, we will work with you to find one you'll love just as much.
