The second wine is white and monovarietal Riesling.
The origin of the grapes is 1/3 of the Moselle, close to Kröv and with rocks blue and gray slate.
Grapes were picked quite late for slightly more aroma and riper stems so that they could be macerated for 14 days.

The origin of the other 2/3 grapes is from pools with lime and granite rocks.
these were picked a little earlier for fresher acids.

After picking and maceration, these wines were delivered together on stainless steel with coarse lees.

Style: mineral, complex
