Third wine is orange and is a blend of 2 different wines.

The 1/#. From the assembly is Gewürztraminer. The grapes were picked in the Rheinhessen region, also with porphyry rocks.

This is macerated in a semi-carbonic manner for 4 weeks without pigeage. Then pressed and transferred without debourbage into a stainless steel cuve for the primary fermentation. Once this was over, it was completely transferred with coarse fermentation into a wooden barrel of 220 l.

The remaining quantity is Muscaris from Belgium. Here the rock is sandstone from the region around Hoegaarden. This wine was delivered in stainless steel on coarse lees, with minimal maceration beforehand.

Before bottling, these wines were assembled.

All wine is without added sulfur or other agents.
