Against The Grain is a Graff: a hybrid of cider and beer.

This cooperation between Nevel and Elegast has a few versions. This version is spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts from the orchard at Elegast cidery. Afterwards, part of the Graff was aged on wood before being blended again.
