Watergeus is a blended beer of at least five carefully selected barrels of spontaneously fermented beers, which have matured for an average of two years in our beer cellars. 

For this beer, the Watergeus has been mixed with Greek Retsina and Roosmarijn has been added.

We are inspired by the Brussels lambic tradition but do not call this beer 'Oude Geuze' out of respect for our colleagues there. The beer is wood fired in copper stills and fermented and aged in oak barrels. We absolutely do not use any chemicals or other additives. The result is an absolutely unique, refreshing slightly sour/rinse and complex beer with flavors of apple, citrus, oak, cellar, earth and ...
