Savory Watermelon & Mango

A pale rosé from the oldest female monastery in the Netherlands. The lightness of a summery rosé with the rounded fruit flavors from the Gamay make this a joyful summer wine. It's a unique blend with create structure and flavor.

Undeterred by declining church participation, the sisters planted a vineyard in 2014 in order to generate income for the preservation of the monastery. Then they set about converting their old cowshed into a winery before the completion of the first harvest in 2017.  Learn more
