IESSEL started as an effort to create a new use for old Dutch standard apples in the IJssel valley. With years of experience in cider making, Rob and Marin are no longer keeping the bottles to themselves and love sharing with those who love a natural product. Iessel cider is made under a watchful eye in one of the old workhouses in the monastery of Sion.
